NMU student card application process

I'm a new student at NMU and I want to know how to apply for a student card. I've been told that I need to fill out an application and submit it to the Office of the Registrar. Can someone please tell me where to find the application and what information I need to include on it? As well, I'm also wondering if there are any fees associated with getting a student card. Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

To apply for a student card at Northern Michigan University, you will need to fill out an application form and submit it to the Student Service Center. The form can be found on the NMU website. Once you have submitted the form, you will need to bring your ID and a current class schedule to the Student Service Center to have your card made.
