Why are documents/books being delivered so slowly to my Kindle app?

I have a lot of difficulty with my kindle app on my ipad. I have to constantly refresh the page to see if my document has been delivered. Sometimes it takes up to an hour for a document to show up on my app. I've tried contacting customer service, but they are not very helpful. Has anyone else had this problem? And, if so, how did you fix it?

There could be a number of reasons why documents or books are being delivered slowly to your Kindle app. Perhaps the most likely reason is that you are not connected to a strong and stable Internet connection. Another possibility is that the Kindle app itself is not up to date.

If you are not connected to a strong and stable Internet connection, try moving closer to your router or connecting to a different WiFi network. If that doesn't work, you may need to contact your Internet Service Provider to see if there is an issue on their end.

If the Kindle app itself is not up to date, you can try updating it by going to the App Store or Google Play Store and seeing if there is an update available.

There are a few reasons that could be causing this:

1) The file is large and is taking a while to download. This is especially true if you're trying to download a lot of files at once, or if you have a slow internet connection.

2) The file is in a format that isn't compatible with your Kindle. This can happen if you're trying to download a PDF or other non-Kindle format.

3) You're trying to download a book that's still in progress. This can sometimes happen with pre-orders, or if the book is being released in installments (like a serialized novel).

4) There's an issue with your Amazon account. This could be anything from a problem with your payment method to a problem with your Kindle's delivery address.

If you're still having trouble, the best thing to do is contact Amazon customer support. They should be able to help you figure out what's going on and get your books downloaded as soon as possible.
