Amazon Sword Plant not Growing

my amazon sword is looking a little sad and i don't know what to do. i've had it for about 2 months now and it's just not looking as green and healthy as it did when i first got it. i've been doing weekly water changes and i add plant food every other week. the only other plant in my tank is a java fern that's doing fine. any ideas?
