I want to make sure that when a customer buys something from my shopify store, they see one of my email addresses on the transaction.
If you want Shopify to show one of your emails on the transaction, you need to set up your Shopify account to display it. To do this, go to Settings > Account and scroll down to the "Email Address" section. From there, select the "Display email on transaction" option.
There is no way to make Shopify show only one email on a transaction. Shopify will show the email address associated with the customer's account. If the customer used a different email address to create their account, then that email address will be shown on the transaction.
