How do I create an Exclaimer signature?

I want to create a signature for Exclaimer but I'm not sure how. Can someone help me?I'm using Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365 and I want to create a signature for it. I'm not sure how to do it, though. Can someone help me?
