i would like to know how to always show file sync status icons in backup and sync from google on mac? i don't want to have to click the little arrow every time to see the status.

To always show file sync status icons in backup and sync from google on mac, please take the following steps:

Go to "System Preferences"
Select "Extensions"
Find "Backup and Sync from Google" and check the box next to it to ensure that the extension is enabled
Close the "System Preferences" window
Open the "Backup and Sync from Google" application
Click on the "Preferences" tab
In the "General" section, check the box next to "Show file sync status icons"
Close the "Preferences" window
