In my opinion, it is definitely not just the problem with humans, but with technology as well. There are a number of ways that technology can make us lazy and decrease our productivity, and it's definitely something we need to be aware of.
Some ways that technology can make us lazy include:
1) Making it too easy to do things. For example, if there is a piece of technology that does a task for us that we used to have to do manually, we may not even bother learning how to do it manually anymore. This can make us lazy in our thinking and problem-solving abilities, as well as in our physical abilities.
2) Distracting us from what we should be doing. For example, if we are supposed to be working on a project but we keep getting distracted by our phones or social media, then we are not really productive.
3) Encouraging us to multitask. While multitasking can sometimes be necessary, it can also lead to us doing a lot of things half-assed instead of concentrating on one thing and doing it well.
4) Making us too reliant on technology. If we are constantly relying on technology to do things for us, we may not know what to do if that technology fails or is not available. This can make us lazy in our thinking and abilities.
So, in conclusion, I think it is important to be aware of how technology can make us lazy and take steps to avoid it.
