The Xiaomi M365 has completely disappeared off Amazon UK for a few reasons.
First, in April 2020, the electric scooter was recalled due to battery and charging issues that could cause it to catch fire or electric shock. The UK’s Trading Standards and National Trading Standards Office also issued a warning to consumers advising against using the M365 as it may breach safety standards.
Second, the Xiaomi M365 no longer complies with the “Safety by Design” part of the Transport for London Guidance, issued in 2019. According to these guidelines, all electric scooters used in London must have a maximum speed of 12.5mph and an overload protection system. The M365 did not meet these requirements, so it was removed from the market.
Finally, the electric scooter may have been removed for other reasons. A quick search on Amazon UK shows that other companies make similar products, so it's possibly a case of consumers opting for other scooters.
