Need help with Amazon Webstore API

I want to be able to retrieve customer information from my Amazon Webstore. I know there is an Amazon MWS API, but that is for sellers, not customers. I want to be able to get customer information such as name, address, email, etc. Is there an Amazon Webstore API for customers?
