There are a lot of different ways to manage multiple projects efficiently. Some people like to use project management software, while others prefer to use a more analog system like a whiteboard or a physical planner.
Personally, I like to use a combination of both digital and analog systems. I use a project management software to keep track of deadlines and assigned tasks, but I also like to have a physical whiteboard where I can see all of my projects at a glance. This helps me to stay organized and on top of things.
