I'm considering using Kindle Direct Publishing to self-publish a book, but I'm not sure how much it will cost. Does anyone have any experience with this? How much did you spend on editing, cover design, etc.?

There are two options for publishing with Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP): 1. You can choose to publish your book with KDP Select, which makes your book eligible for the Kindle Unlimited and the Kindle Owners' Lending Library programs. With KDP Select, you're also able to run promotional giveaways for your book. The cost of publishing with KDP Select is $0.99 per ebook. 2. You can choose to publish your book without KDP Select.
