How to link Test Cases from Jira to TestRail

I have a project in Jira that I'm trying to link to TestRail. I can't seem to find any documentation on how to do this. Can anyone help?

There are a few ways to do this, but the easiest way is to use the Jira Cloud app for TestRail. With this app, you can easily link your Jira issues to TestRail test cases. Simply select the issue in Jira and then click the "Link to TestRail" button. This will open a dialog where you can select the TestRail project and test case to link to.

The recommended way to link TestRail test cases to Jira is to use the TestRail-Jira integration. This will automatically push TestRail test case results to Jira, and will also allow you to view and create TestRail test cases from within Jira.

If you're not using the integration, you can still link TestRail test cases to Jira manually. To do this, simply create a custom field in TestRail (e.g. "Jira ID") and enter the corresponding Jira issue ID for each test case.
