To change what programs run at startup in Windows 10, you'll need to access the Startup Folder, which is part of the Task Manager. To do so, press the Windows key + R, type "taskmgr" into the Run dialog, and press Enter.
Once the Task Manager opens, click the Startup tab. From here, you can disable or enable any program that's currently set to run at startup. To disable a program, simply uncheck the box next to it. To enable a program, check the box next to it.
If you want to completely remove a program from startup, you'll need to delete it from the Startup Folder. To do so, open the Startup Folder by pressing the Windows key + R, typing "shell:startup" into the Run dialog, and pressing Enter.
From here, you can delete any shortcuts that you don't want to run at startup. Keep in mind that deleting a shortcut doesn't uninstall the program itself—it just prevents the shortcut from running at startup.
