Google has been putting out some pretty amazing logo art lately. I wanted to start a discussion about which ones have been your favorites. I'll start with a few of mine.This one is from May 5th, 2015 and celebrates the birth of John James Audubon. This one is from September 2nd, 2015 and celebrates the birth of Roald Dahl.This one is from October 21st, 2015 and celebrates the birth of Sir Edmund Hillary.

My favorite Google logo art was the artwork they released in 2020 that featured characters from some classic paintings. They featured iconic characters like Mona Lisa, Vincent van Gogh's self-portrait, and the sculpture of David by Michelangelo. It was a creative and modern twist to the logo art we normally see and a great way to celebrate art history. The character designs were delightful, and a great way to draw attention to the celebration of art.

One of my favorite Google logo art designs has to be the "Burning Man" design by Dennis Hwang. It was the logo used to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Burning Man festival in 2004. I love the way it uses vibrant, warm colors including red, orange, and yellow to symbolize the spirit of the festival. Hwang also cleverly incorporate iconic items like a campfire, the "playa," and the Apple laptop into the logo to give it more of an artistic touch. It's an extremely memorable logo design and it captures the essence of the Burning Man festival perfectly.
