Can you return items purchased on Woot? I have seen some people say that they have had success returning items, while others say that they have not. I am curious as to what the general consensus is.I have never purchased anything on Woot, but I am considering it. I would like to know if I can return an item if I am not satisfied with it.

Yes, you can return items purchased on Woot. Any items purchased directly from Woot.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. All returns must be made in accordance with the Return Policy outlined below.

• All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
• All return requests must be submitted to Woot within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Products must be returned in “like new” condition and in the original packaging.
• Customer pays return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of an error.

• Exchanges or refunds for original form of payment will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of item.
