First, you need to connect your Chromecast to your TV. Once it's connected, you'll need to set it up in order to use it as a second display.
There are a few different ways to go about this. One option is to use Chromecast's built-in "cast" feature. To do this, open the app or website you want to display on your TV. Then, look for the "cast" icon (it looks like a TV with a Wi-Fi symbol in the corner). Tap or click on this icon, and then select your Chromecast from the list of available devices.
Another option is to use Chromecast's "screen mirroring" feature. This will mirror whatever is on your computer's screen onto your TV. To do this, open the Chromecast app on your computer. Then, click on the "cast screen" icon (it looks like a rectangle with a triangle in the corner). Select your Chromecast from the list of available devices, and then click on "Cast."
Either of these methods should work in most cases. However, if you're having trouble getting your Chromecast to work as a second display, you may need to adjust your computer's settings.
Open the "Control Panel" on your PC. Then, click on "Display." Under the "Settings" tab, look for the "Multiple displays" section. If your computer is set to "Duplicate these displays," change it to "Extend these displays." Then, click on the "Apply" button.
Once you've made this change, your Chromecast should work as a second display.
