Assuming you are using Windows 10:
- Open Chrome and click on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen. Click on Settings.
- Under the "On startup" section, click the radio button next to "Open a specific page or set of pages".
- Click on the blue link that says "Set pages".
- In the popup window, enter the URL of the first page you want to open in the first field. In the second field, enter the URL of the second page you want to open. Repeat this for the third and fourth fields.
- Click OK.
- Close the Settings tab.
The next time you start Chrome, it will open four tabs, each in its own window, in the corners of your screen.
