Yes it is possible to lock a single google slides presentation slide. You can do this by going to the 'File' menu, then selecting 'Protect document', and then 'Restrict editing'. From here you can select which slides you want to lock by choosing the 'Locked' option from the 'Slides' drop-down menu.
