Check your internet connection. Make sure that you are connected to the internet and that your connection is stable.
Make sure that you have enabled “Offline Sync” in your Google Photos settings. This will allow you to save photos to your device and have them be viewed by Google Photos when you’re not connected to the internet.
Clear the cache of your Google Photos app. On Android and iOS, open the Google Photos app and tap the three dots in the upper right corner. Tap "Settings" > "Clear Cache."
Log out of the Google Photos app and log back in again.
