There are a few possible reasons if Google Home voice service is not working.
• Check the network connection. Make sure the mobile device, tablet, or computer that you're using is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your speaker or display. To fix this:
o Open the Google Home app .
o Tap the Devices icon .
o At the top right, tap the device you want to connect to.
o In the bottom right corner, tap Remove.
o Reconnect your device to the same Wi-Fi network.

• Check if the microphone is on. The microphone is off by default. To turn it on:
o Open the Google Home app .
o Tap the Devices icon
o At the top right, select the device you want to adjust.
o Turn on Microphone.

Other possible reasons could be
- The voice model is not configured correctly. You can try training your voice model again.
- Location is not set up properly. Check and update your device location in the Google Home app.
