BigFix was later acquired by IBM Software Group in 2010 and integrated into its Tivoli brand. BigFix is now part of HCL’s Enterprise Security Solutions and works in tandem with HCL’s other security solutions. HCL provides customer support for BigFix customers, however it does not own the BigFix solution.
