Why can't I install apps from the Play Store?

I have recently installed the Android 5.0 Lollipop update on my phone. After that I am not able to install any apps from Play Store. It shows error 492. I have tried all the methods like clearing cache, data, uninstalling updates etc. but nothing is working. Can anyone please help me with this?

Check if Google Play Store is Up-to-date:
If you're unable to install apps from Play Store, it might be because you have an older version of Play Store installed. To fix this, check for a software update for Play Store by going to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Update.
Clear Google Play Store Cache & Data:
Sometimes performance issues and errors can occur in Play Store due to its cached data and data related to your Google account. To fix this, go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage. Now choose "Clear Cache" and then "Clear Data".
Check Your Internet Connection:

Check if Google Account is Synced Correctly:

Toggle Auto-update Apps in Play Store:
