Sure, why not? Everyone needs to let off some steam every now and then. As a user of Amazon Prime Video UK, I'd love to share some of my experiences.
First, one of my biggest gripes is that their catalog seems to lack a certain depth. There are tons of films and TV shows to choose from, but some of the titles have been there for quite some time with no updates to their selection. This issue is especially apparent with the more niche genres such as horror and sci-fi. It's really difficult to find something new and undiscovered.
Another issue I've encountered is that their streaming quality can be quite inconsistent. The picture can be fine one minute and pixelated the next. It's extremely frustrating and often forces me to hit the pause button and wait for it to buffer up properly.
The final problem I'll mention is that the subtitles feature can be unreliable. I've seen a number of shows where the captions are always a few sentences behind the actual dialogue. This makes it difficult to follow what's happening and can be quite distracting.
