BS Food Technology is a four-year undergraduate program that provides individuals with the skills and knowledge to become professional food technologists. The course curriculum covers topics such as food science, food preservation, food technology, and food safety. Graduates of the BS Food Technology program are well-prepared to work in a variety of food-related industries, such as food manufacturing, food processing, food quality control, and food regulatory affairs.
