If you’d like to make an Amazon return using an Amazon Locker, it’s easy to do so! Start by visiting Amazon.com and logging in to your account. Select Your Orders from the top navigation bar. Find the item you'd like to return and select Return or Replace Items from the Action drop-down menu. Follow the prompts to select Amazon Locker as the return method. Once you’ve selected the Amazon Locker where the package should be returned, you’ll receive an email with the locker location, return instructions, and a QR code. Pack your item securely, include a copy of the return authorization form and put the package in the Amazon Locker when it’s convenient for you. When the package is received, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Please note, you have three calendar days to return your item to the locker.
