Best way to read data from Google Storage Cloud to Google Cloud Datalab

I have a dataset stored in google storage cloud and I would like to read it into google cloud datalab so that I can analyze it. Does anyone know how to do this?

Reading data from Google Storage Cloud to Google Cloud Datalab is an easy process and can be done fairly quickly. Here is how to do it:

Log in to your Google Cloud Platform.
Launch the GCP console and select Cloud Storage.
Select the cloud bucket (if you don’t have any, create one) which contains the data that you wish to read.
Click your bucket to list the files and select the desired source data.
Navigate to the Google Cloud Datalab page and log in.
Create a new notebook and make sure to select ‘Google Cloud Storage’ as the source data option.
From the list of buckets you have, select the one which contains the data you need.
Select the appropriate file and the data will be ready to be used in Datalab.

Use the Storage connector to mount the Google Cloud Storage bucket as a file system:
The Storage connector provides a FUSE-based mechanism to mount a Google Cloud Storage bucket as a file system so that you can interact with objects in the bucket as you would with any other file system.
To use the Storage connector, you must install the connector within your notebook instance. You can then mount the bucket using the gcsfuse command.
Use the BigQuery connector to query the data:
The BigQuery connector allows you to send read and write requests to Google BigQuery. You can use this connector to access data stored in Google Cloud Storage buckets, including data stored in the CSV and JSON formats.
Use the Transfer Service API to copy data from Google Storage to Compute Engine or from Compute Engine to Google Storage:
The Transfer Service API allows you to automate the movement of data between Google Storage and Google Compute Engine. You can use this API to copy data from Google Storage to Compute Engine or from Compute Engine to Google Storage.
