There are a few different ways to track your heart rate using Google Fit.
If you have an Android Wear device, you can track your heart rate in the background by opening the Google Fit app and selecting "Heart rate." Your heart rate will be automatically tracked and recorded in the app.
If you don't have an Android Wear device, you can still track your heart rate in the background by using a heart rate sensor with the Google Fit app. To do this, open the Google Fit app and select "Heart rate." Then, tap the "Sensor" option and follow the prompts to connect your heart rate sensor. Once your sensor is connected, your heart rate will be automatically tracked and recorded in the app.
You can also manually add your heart rate data to the Google Fit app by going to the "Heart rate" section and tapping the "+" icon. From there, you can enter your heart rate data manually.
