Why doesn't Nest Hub announce names from Nest Hello?

Nest Hub should announce the names of people who come to the door when using Nest Hello. However, it does not seem to do this. Why is this? Perhaps there is a setting that I am missing?

The Nest Hub does not announce names from the Nest Hello because it is not designed to do so. The Hub is designed to be a central Hub for all of your Nest devices, and it is not intended to be used as a doorbell. If you would like to have your doorbell announce names, you can purchase a Nest Hello doorbell, which is specifically designed for that purpose.
