Which Kindle has the worst web browser?

I want to buy a Kindle, but I want to be able to use the web browser on it. I've heard that some of the Kindles have really bad web browsers, though. Can anyone tell me which ones to avoid?I'm looking at the Kindle Fire, the Kindle Fire HD, and the Kindle Paperwhite. I don't really care about the other features, I just want a good web browser.
