Twitch Prime Pack not received for FIFA 22

I have been a Twitch Prime member for a while and have linked my EA account. I have not received any of the Twitch Prime benefits for FIFA 22. Is anyone else having this issue?

There are a few reasons that you may not have received your Twitch Prime Pack for FIFA 22.

You may not have linked your EA account with your Twitch account. You need to do this in order to receive the Twitch Prime Pack. You can link your accounts here: https://www.ea.com/account/connected-accounts
You may not have completed the claim process. Once you have linked your accounts, you need to go to the Twitch Prime Pack page on the EA website and click the "Claim Now" button. Once you have claimed the pack, it should show up in your game.
You may not be subscribed to Twitch Prime. You need to be a Twitch Prime member in order to receive the Twitch Prime Pack. You can sign up for Twitch Prime here: https://www.twitch.tv/prime

If you have followed all of these steps and you still have not received your Twitch Prime Pack, you may need to contact EA customer support. You can contact them here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/contact-us/
