There are many places to get tech support these days. Where do you find to be the best? The worst? Why?I personally find that the best place for tech support is the company's website. They usually have a lot of information and you can usually find someone to help you pretty easily. I find that the worst place for tech support is the phone. You usually have to wait on hold for a long time and then the person you talk to is often not very helpful.
